Vietnam travel booking procedure, how tro book a tour in Vietnam

                                              BOOKING PROCEDURE

Step 1: Make a reservation
Choose from our selection of tours/ hotels that meet your needs. Complete the booking from/ or
Contact us and send to our Sales Team.

Step 2: Reply to your request
You will be shortly informed the availability of the requested tours/ hotels within 24 hours on
weekday or 48 hours on weekend. In case, your requested tours/ hotels are not available, our
professional team will suggest you an alternative for your preview

Step 3: Confirmation
We will send you the booking confirmation. No of your requested tours/ hotels that have full
information of passengers' details, dates, rates, and inclusions. At the same time, we also ask for
a certain amount of deposit or fully prepaid depending and payment deadlines on specific
bookings.

Step 4 : Make Payment
The payment (or deposit) should be made by Fax Payment Form or Payment online form, if you
fail to complete the payments since you have received the confirmation No, your booking will
automatically be released without any other notice within 48 hours

Step 5: Hotel/ Tour Voucher
Once we have received the payment information, we then send you a "Hotel/ Tour Voucher" or
"Invoice" issued by LE NGUYEN TRAVEL, which you can later show to the hotels/ resorts/
our tour guide or for your accounting purpose.

                                     MAKE PAYMENT

A. Payment for tours, hotels. Travel services can be done directly at our office in Hoi An in
Vietnam
B. In-advance payment for some hotels, tours, tickets and other services can be done by one of
the following ways:

1.   Payment by Cash, Traveler Cheques or Credit Card at our office in Hoi An:

Except for cash payment, bank fees must be paid by customers for traveler cheques (2.0% of
expenses) and credit card (3.0 % of expenses).
2. Pay by credit card
We accept VISA, MARTER CARD. Please note that there is a surcharge 3,75% of the bank
fee for Visa and Master card payment. Kindly follow the following instructions to complete the
payment process. After receiving your, we will send you an invoice for your accounting purpose
by fax or email.

Look at the Form of Authorization letter below and fill out all required information.
Please enclose: one copy paper of the credit card both side and one copy of the passport (first
page) with identify and photo.
Look at Letter of Approval below and fill out all required information (except the date)
Kindly note that the charge of your card will be appeared as Le Nguyen Travel.

Cancellation Fees
Except for tour service (since arranging a tour involves many activities), in any case of
cancellation, service charge is not applied to you by Le Nguyen Travel as we are committed to
provide best services and sufficiency to clients, but if hotels or service suppliers charge for the
cancellation, you will have to pay for all the fees. Service charge as mentioned is various
depending on type of the service, time of year and the cancellation policy of our partners and will
be settled directly to the suppliers or via us by clients. Cancellation should be made as soon as
possible in writing via email, fax. The date on which the cancellation notice is received by us will
determine the applicable cancellation fee.

Tours charges
-         Cancel 30 days prior to arrival - No charge
-         Cancel 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 10% charge of full tour cost.
-         Cancel 14 days to 07 days prior to arrival - 20% charge of full tour cost.
-         Cancel 06 days to 48 hours prior to arrival - 30% charge of full tour cost.
-         Cancel less than 48 hours or no show - 100% charge of full tour cost.

Charges for other services
Since we provide lots of services and nature of each booking is different so we can not apply a
fixed policy for all. Please ask us for detail Cancellation and Refund Policy in your particular
case before using our services.

Note: It also depends on the different cancellation policies of suppliers (hotels, carriers and other
contractors) to determine the amount of refund.

Insurance
Insurance is not included in the tour cost. We require you to take out travel insurance and any
other necessary insurances including cancellation fees, medical and curtailment expenses, loss of
luggage, early departure from tour due to death or illness etc. This adequate information is very
important to meet your needs, and will assume that you will have done so before your arrival in
Vietnam.

Entry requirements
It is the responsibility of each tour participant to obtain, comply and carry a valid passport, visa
(s), health equipment and any other documents required by applicable government regulations.
We can not be held liable for any illness, delays or costs resulting from your failure to meet these
requirements. Please make sure that your passport is valid from the day you arrive in Vietnam.
You are also strongly advised to use visa service in our company.

Privacy policy
Personal information about you such as name, address, phone number, or email address is
subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of any
personally identifiable information you provide us. Your personal information will not be
released unless the law permits it or your permission is granted.

provide you links for a merely aim to widen your knowledge as well as be convenient for you to
search information. However, we do not control the contents of those links and have no
responsibility for their contents or your uses of them. Any linked website on our website does

Claims
All dispute, claims and litigation regarding the Services shall first be settled by way of negotiation
and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiation and mutual understanding would fail, the
disputes, claims or litigation shall be finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International
Arbitration (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of
Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in writing 30 days after the end of the Services.
